The waist construction and leg bands are the same as the more robust TACTICA HP liner, wrapping the waist and thighs with lightly compressive security. The minimalist OFF-ROAD ST T3 Insert is 33% thinner than the High Performance model in our TACTICA HP T3 liner, though its dual layer construction erases microvibrations and diffuses shocks and larger impacts.
