Shipping Terms

Shipping within France

  • In-Store Pickup
    In-store pickup is free and available within 2 hours of placing your order, during our opening hours (9:00 AM - 12:30 PM / 3:30 PM - 7:00 PM).

  • Standard Shipping
    Cost: €7, free for orders over €100 (excluding bikes).
    Service provided by Colissimo.
    Delivery Time: typically within 48 hours, but usually delivered the next day.

  • Shipping to a Pickup Point
    Cost: €5, free for orders over €100.
    Service provided by the Colissimo Pickup Point network. Your package will be delivered to a pickup point, post office, or Cityssimo point.
    Delivery Time: typically 48 hours, often delivered the next day.

  • Express Shipping / Express Shipping to a Pickup Point
    Cost: variable depending on the order amount.
    Service provided by Chronopost.
    Delivery Time: next-day delivery (J+1) if the order is placed before 10 AM.

International Shipping

  • EU / Switzerland / Jersey / Guernsey
    Cost: €13, free for orders over €500 (excluding bikes and snowboards).
    Delivery Time: approximately 5 business days, but may take up to 30 days depending on the country.
    Service provided by Colissimo (tracking by local postal services such as EMS in Russia, USPS in the USA, DPD in the UK, etc.).

  • Norway
    Cost: €35, free for orders over €500 (excluding bikes and snowboards).
    Delivery Time: approximately 5 business days, but may take up to 30 days.
    Service provided by Colissimo.

  • Asia / Russia / North America / South America / New Zealand / Australia / Reunion & Overseas Territories
    Cost: €35 (Snowboards, Splitboards & PowSurfs: €100).
    Delivery Time: typically 5 business days, but may vary up to 30 days.
    Service provided by Colissimo.

  • International Express Shipping
    Cost: variable depending on the order amount.
    Service provided by Chronopost.
    Delivery Time: typically between 1 to 3 business days, depending on the destination.
    Note: Express shipping to Guernsey is prohibited.

  • Packaging
    For ecological and cost-saving reasons, we sometimes remove items from their original packaging when shipping. This helps minimize shipping costs and reduces package volume.
    Note: All bikes are shipped in their original packaging to ensure optimal protection during transit.

Bike Shipping:

  • Within France: Shipping via Chronopost, with fees ranging from €50 to €90, including insurance and engraving (required since 01/01/2021).
  • Within Europe: Shipping via UPS, fees of €250.
  • Other destinations: For other requests, please contact us for a personalized quote.
